When you visit Conference Calendar, the web servers temporarily store every access in a log file. The following data is collected and stored until it is being deleted automatically:
We do not merge this data with other data. The data is being deleted after a maximum of 90 days after the application server has statistically evaluated the data.
We use this data to be able detect errors in the web service toolstack, to defend against attacks and abuses of the service and we use awstats for basic web statistics.

You may register an account on this web service that allows you to select conference series you are specifically interested in and to subscribe to those conference series as an ICS calendar feed. The following data is collected and stored:
This data is only stored and used to provide this service to you and for no other purpose. Your email address will only be used for aspects related to your account (confirmation notification, password reset, information regarding the account or ConfCal itself).

Your Rights

The right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition is legally entitled to you. You are welcome to contact us in this regard!
If you believe, that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated, you are welcome to contact us at any time so that we can take care of your request.
