Crete is renowned for its history and the breath-taking mountain ranges and long sandy beaches that take you right down to its deep-blue seas. Suggested topics include (but are not limited to): Augmented Reality Computer Animation Rendering Techniques Geometric and Solid Modeling Physically Based Modeling Scientific Visualization Real Time Graphics Multimedia Contribution of Art to Scientific Understanding Image Based Rendering Non Photo-realistic Rendering Virtual Reality Graphics Hardware Architecture Digital Libraries Computer Vision Data Compression Computer Graphics and the Internet (VRML, Java, etc.) Digital Media and Game PAPER SUBMISSION Paper Submission Procedures Submissions are made electronically, in PDF format only (no paper copy will be accepted). All accepted papers will appear in a proceedings book published by IEEE Computer Society Press. A special issue of best papers will be published in the Visual Computer journal edited by Springer Verlag. Paper Format Original unpublished papers of up to 12 pages (single-spaced, 12 point, including figures, tables and references) are invited. Manuscripts must be written in English. The first part of the paper should include a title, an abstract, keywords, and author's information (name, title, affiliation, address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address). Submission will be online and there will be instructions on the conference web site. Any animation sequences should be provided as an archive .zip file with your manuscript.
