Real-time simulation, animation and visualization INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS: Submission guidelines: Authors may submit their paper either as an HTML URL or by ftp.  For ftp, the electronic version of your manuscript should be submitted in PDF (preferred)  or Postscript (compressed with gzip) using anonymous ftp to ligsg2.epfl.ch. The paper  should be submitted as one file. The file name should be first author's name.  Please follow the procedure: ftp ligsg2.epfl.ch username: anonymous password: cd CA99 put In any case, you should send an email to CA99papers@lig.di.epfl.ch with the title of the paper,  the authors with affiliation, the contact author, and either the URL or the filename used  for ftp. Authors will be notified by January 20, 1999.  Camera-ready papers are due by February 22, 1999. All accepted papers will appear in a book published by IEEE Computer Society Press. All papers will be reviewed carefully by the International Program Committee members and by external reviewers. Submit your latest work by February 10th, 1999.  Selected films will be shown on public screening during the Computer Animation'99 conference to be held at Geneva, (SwitzerlandA), 26-28 May 1999. They will be further screened during the traditional Computer Animation Festival of Geneva. Several awards will be awarded by an international panel of judges.  Films should be submitted in video Betacam PAL only. Please include film credits and complete description of the work in accordance with the film submission form.
